The meeting was dedicated to issues of bilateral and regional cooperation. The active development of Uzbekistan’s cooperation with the OSCE was noted. The parties particularly emphasized joint efforts to ensure regional security, implement effective governance, and promote human rights. Ongoing projects and prospects for further cooperation in these areas were discussed.

In addition, opportunities for further strengthening bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Finland in political, economic, and cultural spheres were thoroughly examined. Agreements were reached on developing new areas of cooperation, expanding trade and economic ties, enhancing cultural exchanges, and deepening collaboration in education.

The leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan highly appreciated Minister Elina Valtonen’s commitment to expanding cooperation with our country and expressed confidence in the continued effective and friendly development of bilateral relations.
