According to the document signed with ACWA Power, a personnel training system will be established that meets international standards with investment funds directed to the Shirin Energy College in the Syrdarya region until 2030. The project includes such priority tasks as improving the quality of education, strengthening the material and technical base and developing modern curricula by integrating the two-year educational program of the Academy of Energy and Water Resources (EWA).

The agreement with the information technology company DataVolt is aimed at developing the digital infrastructure sector. According to the document, modern educational programs specializing in the training of personnel in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and electromechanics will be introduced at the Shirin Power Engineering College. The educational institution will also be equipped with modern infrastructure and technical equipment, and measures will be taken to provide material incentives to teachers.

These memorandums of understanding will contribute to the reform of the vocational education system in Uzbekistan in accordance with international standards, the adaptation of educational processes to modern requirements and the training of specialists who are competitive in the labor market.
